All donations made to MOA are final and non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge that:

- Your donation will be used for charitable purposes as described on our website
- We reserve the right to redirect donations to where they are most needed
- Tax receipts will be provided in accordance with Ugandan law
If you believe an error has been made with your donation, please contact us within 30 days at donations@mentororphans.org.
